  1. Get in touch with us<\/strong>\nWhether you have a good idea of what kind of care you want or you want to find out about your care options, the first step is talking to us. We’ll talk about your care options and lifestyle goals so we can determine the best possible\u00a0care for your circumstances. We’re always happy to answer your questions and help you with any concerns you may\u00a0have. Call us or send us a message and we’ll be happy to help you in any way we can.<\/li>\n \t
  2. In home care assessment<\/strong>\nOnce we know the kind of care you want, we do a free care assessment in your home with\u00a0your family present if you would like them there. We do this with a registered nurse and our\u00a0Client Care Manager. The goal is to meet you in person and fully understand your care requirements. We will find\u00a0out the details of providing care in your home and how we can help you get the most out of\u00a0life. We also want to find out as much as possible about you, your preferences, and lifestyle so\u00a0we can find the most suitable caregiver for you.<\/li>\n \t
  3. Care Plan<\/strong>\nIf you choose us to provide your in-home care, the next step is to develop a Care Plan. This\u00a0will outline your goals and how we will help get you there. The Care Plan does not lock you in to a set period of time and you’re free to leave at any point.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
